Overview
Even with the most sophisticated punching and laser cutting machines, sharp edges and burrs are occasionally left on the edges of sheet metal components. To prevent injury and to improve quality, MTI deburrs all parts unless we are requested not to. MTI takes OH&S very seriously and has invested in automated deburring machinery which deburrs sheet metal components to the highest quality and consistency. This automated machinery can deburr Steel, Coated steels, Aluminum, Copper and Stainless Steel – with and without PVC. In addition to our automated deburring machinery, we can manually deburr your components if the shape or size is not suitable for automation.
