3KW and 4KW Laser Cutting System:
The recent acquisition of a 4KW Laser to complement our existing 3KW machine
has greatly enhanced our processing capability. Unmanned processing and "lights
out" operation is a key feature of this new technology.
Combination Punch Press With Right Angle Shear:
This machine, also with "lights out" technology, has the capability to load
raw material then punch, guillotine, sort, and stack finished items in
predetermined addresses in either pallet format or in bins ready for ensuing
operations.
 CNC Punch Presses:
Two additional punch presses with laser attachments enhances our punching
and laser cutting capacity.
CNC Folding to three metres
Fully CNC controlled folders ensure accurate, high quality components.
CNC Guilotining to three metres:
Fully CNC controlled front and rear stops eliminate the occurrence of cumulative
error when shearing multiple parts from single sheets
